• Delivery: We will give an estimated delivery window. Delays can happen due to couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Telehealth: Our 24/7 telehealth gives access to licensed medical professionals for non-emergency advice. In an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
• Usage: Always follow the kit guide and advice from a clinician. Some items may need a prescription or screening.
• Regulatory: You are responsible for checking import or possession rules for medicines in the country you visit.
